A competitive program placing exceptional young Kenyans in international institutions, embassies, think tanks, and NGOs for 6–12 month placements. Fellows return as catalysts for change in their communities.

WAKI Mentorship Program

Connecting emerging leaders with experienced professionals across diplomacy, international law, development, and global business. Each mentee receives 12 months of structured, one-on-one guidance.

Peace & Dialogue Initiative

Annual and quarterly convenings that bring together community elders, youth, political actors, and international observers to build frameworks for lasting peace and reconciliation in Machakos and beyond.

Environmental Conservation

Stewardship of the WAKI Peace Park and surrounding ecosystems, including tree-planting drives, environmental education, wildlife protection, and climate resilience training for local farmers.

Youth Leadership Academy

A 3-month intensive residential program for secondary school students aged 16–19. Participants develop skills in public speaking, debate, critical thinking, policy analysis, and global citizenship.
